The Alchemist signs the La Folie Douce cocktail menu (exclusive to Les Arcs and Val d'Isère)
In developing its cocktail menu, with and without alcohol, La Folie Douce called on one of the best chef mixologists in the world, Matthias Giroud, Co-Founder of the Alchemist with Melinda Guerin White.
After leading the development of the Bar for the entire George V Eatentertainment Group (including Buddha Bar), The Alchemist; a workshop dedicated to creating experiences around mixology and gastronomy has participated alongside the greats such as, Alain Ducasse, Paul Bocuse and Joël Robuchon, Anne Sophie Pic at the World Cuisine Summit, which opened in Boulogne Billancourt 2020. This creative globe-trotter transcribes his travels and inspirations into each of his creations and makes his cocktails and mocktails unique experiences.

To accompany on this journey, the Pernod Ricard Group is partnering with our mixologist to offer you quality cocktails. The Alchemist has devised a collection specially designed for each of the restaurants (La Petite Cuisine, La Fruitière and La Cucùcina Val d'Isère), of which he alone has the secrets. A collaboration that celebrates flavours, creativity and celebration.
The compositions based on spices, fresh fruits, hydrolat (aromatic waters) and syrup, are perfectly combined with the group’s alcohols. These singular elixirs take those who taste them on a sensory journey.
