Established in 1981, at the initiative of a handful of convinced "earthlings," the BROTHERHOOD OF GRUYERE currently has more than 1600 members, noble Ladies, and sturdy Companions... The main goal of the Brotherhood is to promote the authentic Gruyère cheese, produced within the designated area of the Charter signed by the relevant organizations.
To this end, it dedicates all its efforts to making the Gruyère of the regions known and encouraging its consumption. Similarly, it collaborates in all initiatives aimed at its promotion and defense.
And to taste this delicious cheese, we are waiting for you at La Fruitière, because talking about it is nice, but the best part is to taste it!
